Purpose: In this paper a design of the probabilistic model reserves is discussed. The objective was an elaboration optimal strategy materials management in series manufacturing. Design/Methodology/Approach: methodology Fundamental Power Index (FPI), has been verified as far it feasible using numerical data concerning various wood products including furniture production. presented allows formation optimum (R, Z) type primary with due consideration to profits coming from low-cost components working and industrial company. Findings: results study reflect that ensure production continuity, different kinds based material are generated maintained. industry, wide range community decisions, well as, economic influence wrong decisions such importance, they prove need overworking on basis application computer technique. Practical Implications: at attainable scale assortment serial furniture. proposed makes possible elaborate R, Z manufacturing company large-lot minimal expenses connected supply materials. Originality/Value: constructed methodological value because shows method out basal conditions poly-assortment other special economical practice industry.
